Jeff is a State-certified general real estate appraiser and an associate of Calusa Appraisal, LLC located in Sarasota. Jeff has been a Sarasota resident for over 40 years and is a graduate of Florida State University and earned a real estate degree in 1988. Jeff has worked as a real estate appraiser based out of Sarasota County since 1988. Jeff handles diverse types of commercial appraisal assignments for the firm primarily in Charlotte, Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Additionally, Jeff has held a real estate salesperson license since 1988 and has been actively investing in Sarasota County residential real estate since 1991.
