Bill Cole is the managing member of Calusa Appraisal, LLC, is a State-certified general real estate appraiser and a Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute . Bill, a Fort Myers native and a graduate of Western Carolina University in 1991, has been a full-time real estate appraiser since 1993. He handles all types of assignments for the firm, specializes in complex income analysis and provides expert witness testimony and litigation support.
